I got a haircut from Ludmilla a couple of weeks ago and my hair still looks fabulous, very chic. Usually, after I wash my hair I can never replicate the "salon do", but not this time. Even in the morning it looks great. And the color she did for me... is to die for. That nice shade of red that matches my complexion so well. And customer service from the receptionist to the owner is great. My New Year resolution is to treat myself to as many haircuts by Ludmilla as possible. All in all, great experience.

A friend and I were in town on vacation, first time to Seattle, wanted to find a Spa for the day to relax and be pampered. This was it!! It was one of the best massages that I've ever had...EVER. I also recommend any of their other serivces. Everyone made sure that we had the best experience. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. They also offered to set dinner reservations. As a flight attendant, I have had an opportunity to meet many people in many cities, and I have to say that the experience I had at this spa was, simply put, amazing. As soon as I walked in I met Kelly, who is such a wonderful person, and I asked if I could get a facial done. She told me that unfortunately they were booked until two days later. I completely understood, because I was a walk-in on a Saturday. I sat down and looked at their price list to see if I could just get a pedicure, because I just had a terrible week and need a little me time. I asked if there was an opening for a pedicure. As sweetly as she could Kelly explained that she only had one pedicurist at that time. She saw my face of sadness and said, "You know what, I can see you had a bad day. Why don;t you just soak your feet for a while, and listen to the relaxing music. I'll bring you a cup of tea." It was the nicest gesture I have ever encountered. She then grabbed my things and sat me in a pedicure chair and brought me an array of herbal teas. Her husband then came in with some amazing chocolates! The people there truly are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The quality of their service is amazing and they truly have service from the heart! :) Pros: staff, service, location Cons: none

You need to come to this salon and have Rob do your hair! I was visiting from Portland, OR and came in to see if someone could do a quick bangs trim. First off, I was greeted by the owner's wife who was such a doll, with lots of compliments! She squeezed me in with Rob, who just recently moved to Seattle from NY city. She raved about his skills, but all I wanted was a 5 min bangs trim. Once I sat in the chair and told him what I needed, but also shared my concerns on the process of gowing out my hair and how dull it was looking. He gave me several ideas and then told me that I should just let him cut it! I was a little apprehensive about it (I'm a lil bit of a pennypincher), but realized that it had been awhile since I even had a trim and needed to have it cleaned up. Good thing I did! Not only did we have great conversation with all his stories about doing celebrities hair (Mike Myers, Janice Dickinson, and cast of S and the City), he taught me so much about how to take care of my NOW FABULOUS Coif! He kept my length, added some layers that made my hair bouncy and absolutely shiny! He listened to my needs and did what I wanted! My friends and family love my hair and say it's SASSY and totally fits my personality! I'm going to now make the trip from Portland to Seattle to get my hair done! Kudos to Rob and the rest of the salon staff! I'll definetly be back! Pros: Rob was the best! Cons: I live in Portland and the Salon is in Seattle

My goodness, Rob the hair expert is positively amazing! I am one of the pickiest perfectionists in my family generally speaking, because of that "settling" with a stylist has become one of the hardest parts of my beauty routine. I have had soooo many bad experiences; from halfway decent jobs to downright horrifying nightmares wishing it was just that. Until Rob at Indulgence got a hold of my hair. The last coloring process I had done before Rob fixed it was completely embarrasing. It looked like I had a "halo" as Rob named it, and he was quite accurate. My hair had been highlighted over a dark color so that all of my hair was not the same color from top to bottom mind you that it was a so called professional who had done this. After this hair experience I lost faith in stylists and gave up for a while. Then I came to Indulgence months later and Rob doctored my color back to an even (no halo) and radiant hair color. He know exactly what to do considering that this wasn't your average color process. The whole procedure was more complicated and required expertise which i was never blessed with given my previous stylists. When it was completed I was overwhelmed with joy, i couldn't believe that he was soo amazing and cured my hair crisis. On top of his great job, he was such a great person to talk to. I felt so comfortable with him that I look forward to my next appointment. Thank You Rob!

My sisters and I flew down to Seattle for the weekend. While shopping in the rain we decided to pop into to this place to see if they could accommodate two haircuts and a color. It was late in the day and we knew our chances were slim. We met Kelly, the owner, who immediately felt like an old friend. She took one look at us and asked Rob, the stylist, if he wouldn't mind staying late. He said he would. Rob as it turns out as a fabulous resume (bi-coastal in L.A. and N.Y.C.) and gave me a fantastic haircut. I immediately enjoyed his company, he was very genuine. They offered great advice on my hair and products to use without pressuring me to buy anything. It was well worth "getting out of the rain" and I will definitely make a point to stop in when I am in Seattle again. Rob and Kelly thank you guys for accommodating three Alaska girls! Pros: Everything!

I love the fact that when I walk into Indulgence, everyone remembers me well. I've managed to make a monthly habit out of visiting the spa, and I always look and feel like at least a million bucks when I walk out! Sabrina is the esthetician extraordinaire, and Rob just became a new transplant to Seattle to grace us with his wonderful talent with hair! I've had nothing but compliments on my hair since visiting this past Tuesday, and to see the finished color and style in the mirror has I think convinced me that I'm going to need to fly back to Seattle after I move to Arizona for the fall just so Rob can manage my tresses again. Oh yeah--and did I mention this spa not only has an incredibly talented staff and knowledgeable owner, but they're also incredibly personable and friendly? I've been to some uptight spas where you want to feel relaxed but just can't shake off the pretentious feeling that you get the moment you walk in the door... but not at Indulgence. I will miss them when I leave next month, but if/when I return to Seattle, they will again become part of my regular pampering routine.

I was in Seattle for a wedding and needed a manicure and pedicure. The hotel concierge recommended Indulgence Spa, and I am impressed. Usually, I can never keep a manicure for a whole week, but this one is still perfect. The pedicure was great and the foot massage was heavenly. My nail tech was Kodi. She is sweet, friendly and interested in doing what you want, not what she thinks is best. Kodi also helped me with my frizzy hair by putting some products in it. My hair looked so much better that I bought the products, and they really work. Both Kodi and the owner were very helpful and even got on the net and found near-by stores that carried the kind of shoes I wanted! If I lived in Seattle, I would be a regular. If you live in Seattle, you should be. Pros: Ambience, service, skill Cons: none

Finally! My curly hair looks like the stuff of movies! Ever since I started going to Ludmilla, I get compliments every week, especially from women with curly hair. I tell everyone to see Ludmilla because she understands that curly hair must be cut differently. And the colors she chooses for me are different every time but she blends them seamlessly with my previous colors. I am pretty conservative and she has used amazing color combos of cherry, champagne, eggplant, etc. and it looks fantastic. My hair is always full and rich and I don't have to do anything. I am sending all my curly-haired friends to Ludmilla. I have also sent my straight haired friends to her and they look like movie stars too. If your curly hair drives you crazy- leave your stylist and come to Ludmilla!!!!! I PROMISE YOU WILL WALK OUT GORGEOUS! Pros: knows her stuff, doesn't chatter
