I went to another salon to get my hair done....it was awful! I had heard great things amount London House from my friends and when I went there (wearing a hat) they let me know that my hair would survive and I could get it looking great again before prom! I've been to the London House more than once. I always enjoy my service, but it is getting to the service that is the problem. More than once I have been ignored by the front desk while they make conversation with other clients. I get it, you want people to be friendly, but to ignore another client becasue you know the one you are helping better is rude. I have found that some of the front desk is better than others. I love going in on Thursday nights because the girl are super friendly. All in all I love the services that I get there and the staff is great. I just wish the front desk was less rude. I have tried a variety of services at this place and for some reason it's really varied in the quality of service I tend to recieve. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but yet again I am highly disappointed in the service recieved. They seem very friendly but it's all a front, if they mess up your service then they refuse to fix it and are very hostile about it. It's great if you're friends with someone who works there but if you're not they are very quick to dismiss you. Cons: cost. quality.

I am from Bellevue and I love the Spa - with that said I am picky lol. I have been going to London House since receiving a gift certificate there a couple years back. With their increased popularity their prices are unfortunately more competitive with other salon/spas. They had a fairly recent remodel and now have better advertising. The massage room is more peaceful/tranquil than Gene Juarez. Not to knock on G.J. but there is something to be said about London House. I love the down to earth attitude of this place. Enjoy every visit.
