went there once for a cut and i thought it was great. nice people, nice atmosphere, comfy chairs while you wait, easy to get an appt, etc. and i got a really nice cut which is all that really matters. so i went again and i got THE worst cut ever. i was very specific about just trimming what i already had, not taking too much length off, etc. somehow they chopped a ton off of my hair and made it look like a big, rectangular football helmet. i felt like frankenstein. when i went to talk to the manager it was hinted to me that i'd have to pay to get it recut! i asked why and they started getting into how the person who cut my hair worked "at" the salon, not "for" the salon. i nicely explained that any business arrangement should be kept away from me, especially since i paid the stewart salon, her business cards said stewart salon, my confirmation call was from the stewart salon, etc. i ended up getting my money back. when i went elsewhere to have it recut the guy cutting my hair actually gasped at how uneven and bad it was.
