Nail Avenue has the rudest receptionist - he is unpleasant and harsh. But if you can put up with him and the cramped environment you will get a good mani-pedi for a reasonable price. The service providers are good - they are friendly and do a nice job. The place can be dirty, especially when busy. Make an appointment during summer months and weekends but keep the appointment or else the rude receptionist will yell at you!

The people at Nail Avenue are nice and (aside from the significant looks at your fingernails if you're only in to get a pedicure and the well-timed, "are you SURE you only want your toes done today?") very professional. By adding three more massage chairs (and these are not just the vibrating, buzzy things - I SWEAR these chairs have a miniature masseuse inside) to the back, Nail Avenue can now do six pedicures at a time, and I haven't had to wait since they've added them. These people work miracles on feet and I highly recommend them. If I could afford it, I'd be there all the time.
