I've eat challah all over the world, for the past 28 years. And this place takes the cake. (Don't tell my mom!) While homemade challah is usually pretty good, this place makes the chewiest, softest, sweetest bread...and I could eat a whole loaf myself. But I don't. I share. Because everyone should know this sort of goodness before they die.

These are not the H&H exact copies either but they are really good and they have more of the classic flavors than most (no cinnamon walnut). I prefer them over bagel oasis. They freeze well and toast up real nice. It is worth the trip to West Seattle to get a bag of these and keep em around. They make great sandwiches there too AND they have the best cream cheese selections as well!
p.s. they import H&H bagels at My Coffeehouse on a daily basis. It is in Madison Valley - if you don't mind day old bagels you can get the originals there.
