Well I came online to look for their phone number and I happened to see a lot of BS lol about Carland. Anyways it’s never too late and bought a few cars from them and had very good luck. I guess you have to have money in your pocket when you go car shopping. I agree that they are not all well organize, they do make mistake after all we are all human. Good luck car shopping and car fixing. They fix my car more than three times and I couldn’t tell if my car was repainted and fixed. They did an awesome job. Thanks you all.

I have used this mechanic a few times now and found the service and professionalism of the very highest order, Dave the owner is honest and refreshingly candid, exceptionally helpful, thorough and expedient. This is a true mechanics shop, no frills, just fast thorough and exceptional.

I've purchased two new bikes (and traded in two old bikes) from Ride West in the past 5 yrs; have purchased various parts, clothing, and accessories; and have had my BMWs serviced there. I have never been anything but totally pleased with my experience. I would highly reccommend BMW and Ride West to any motorcyle enthusiast.

I was shocked at the way my Prius came back when they were done. They fixed the center console armrest, touched up the rock chips and cleaned the wheel wells too! The car was absolutely astoundingly clean, I didn't know it was possible to do this.

I would have no hesitation recommending ISC to anyone. Great service, great work, great price. Kept me apprased of the scope of the work even after I told them to just go ahead and fix what needs to be fixed. We take all of our company cars there as well as our whole family. We have a beloved Volkswagon 2001 Eurovan. We love it and it is our family car. Needless to say, these types of vehicles need work. A dealership wanted to charge us 8 times what they charged us. They were kind and so honest. They explained everything that needed to be done. They also responded quickly to get it done for a big trip we were going on. They knew we needed it because we were sleeping in it and they made it happen for us. We will have it serviced by them every year. They can rebuild transmissions at a fraction of the cost of dealerships AND they will still guarantee their work.

Ballard place on Leary Way near the Ballard bridge—a dealer alternative. Frankly I think they would rather work on older cars. Low key place but they are very thorough and always give you a priority by greatest need. I've gone to them for over 10 years. Highly recommendable.

Oaklake Auto just performed some body on my car and I was extremely pleased. I am the first and only owner of my Honda. It's been 17 years and I plan to keep her for another 17 years. I am very particular on who and how my car is handled. Oaklake came thru with flying colors! The estimate (in writing) was more than competitive and they honored it. The body work was outstanding and completed in a timely manner. However, I was even more impressed with the paint. You can't match pain any better than they did on my car. I worked with the 2 owners and they were both friendly and professional. The cherry on top of the sundae was that they washed and vacuumed my car when they were finished. On scale of 1 to 10, they get a 10.

When I come home from Spokane to visit this is one of the places on my to do list. It is that good. They do everything here. They did a recent remodel and it is very calming and relaxing enviroment. Very high class. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. I usually get a brow wax and how many of you can say that you get so relaxed during one of those that you fall asleep. The place is very clean and organized and they have alot of products to buy and good prices. Definetly a great spa and you don't have to pay for parking and get that same "downtown" feeling.
