Aki's held my damaged car for FREE for 4 days while I was waiting on my delinquent insurance agency to get to see it, then, when I decided not to get the work done after all, they even put my spare on for me so I could drive to the tire shop! They were on the ball, kind, helpful, and gave me great advice. Thank you Aki's! You'll hopefully never see me in your shop because nothing will ever hurt my car again, but if I need someone, you're my shop. And, I'll be sending everyone your way and singing your praises at every chance I get.

We used to park at Doug Fox, but got sick of the find-a-spot-and-wait-for-the-bus-in-the-rain routine. The Masterpark B lot is probably your best bet. You drive into their covered driveway and leave the keys in the car--they take it from there. Hop right on a bus just a few feet from your car dropoff point. It's a busy enough lot that there's always a bus running (we've never had to wait), yet it never seems understaffed or overcrowded. Masterpark B (there are also A and C lots, a few blocks less conveniently located) on International Blvd at 170th. There are always web coupons available at www.masterparking.com, and they give you Alaska miles for parking with them. Can't beat it.

I bought my car from these folks 5 years ago and I've been happy with the follow up service I've received. It's not quite as personable as what I used to get from my former Kirkland Infiniti dealership (I had a used J30) where the gal (Linda) helping run the service department and I became very friendly and she knew me by name, car, and more. Heck, it's been 5 years since I had an Infiniti and I still remember her name! I'm not sure if she's still there but if she is I highly recommend the service department.
The Honda folks don't know me that well but they do offer online booking of service appointments and some other services which I find very convenient. I've never had anyone be pushy there except for when I bought the car one guy (the proverbial pushy sales manager) did try to push stuff I didn't need. But, I was also a savvy consumer and knew what I did and didn't want. Financing wasn't an issue because I'd taken care of that in advance. It's always important to have your research done ahead of going to the lot and to let the sales staff know your intentions. You might head off a lot of the pushy tactics that way.

I had my brakes replaced here about 6 months ago. At the time the dealer quoted me $600. This place did the brakes for $150. They were by far the lowest price I had found. When they did the brakes they seemed professional and friendly and really seemed to know what they were doing.
About a month ago my brakes started making this loud screeching noise when ever I stepped on the brakes. So I am thinking oh oh shouldn't have gone for the cheap price. So I called them up and rather than trying to put me off the guy encouraged me to come in as soon as I could. One star. When I asked if I had to bring my receipt they said no we have the information. Two stars. When I got there they were still nice and got my car in with in a few minutes. Three stars. So I'm thinking ok now they will tell me why I have to pay for the brakes again or what I have to buy this time to make them stop making noise. So Allen asks me to come out to my car and shows me my brake pads and says the pads are defective they will replace them for free. FREE? So the did. Rour stars. No more noise and they work great. Five stars.
In this day and age it is not so common to have a company that stands behind their work or product especially one that is so low priced. I am really impressed with this company and will continue to tell all of my friends and even people I don't know by posting this on Judy's book. The sign of a really good company is how they handle things when things go wrong not when things go right.

Shopped for the new Volvo XC60 recently and the sales person who talked with me was professional but friendly, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about this model and others that he showed me. It's a nice atmosphere and when I'm ready to buy, it will be from them.
Pros: Smart selling

I must also disagree with the first poster. My radiator had a bad leak in it, and I desperatly needed to get back on the road again as I was heading to my in-laws house for Christmas dinner. The shop was schedualed to close at 12:30 that day, however they stayed and finished my car so I could back on the road and enjoy my holiday season. All and all it was a good experiance, and I will not hesitate to reccommend these guys in the future. Thanks A.C., you really helped me out.

Seconding the first reviewer's roundly positive sentiments. These guys know what they're doing, and since they have a great following and aren't lacking for work they're just as tickled as you are when they find a less expensive fix for a problem (for example, my '93 900S convertible top had stopped working, they quickly diagnosed and corrected a simple problem with some spuzz in the switch that prevents operation when the handbrake is not engaged).
If you love your Saab, take it to Scanwest!

Well I came online to look for their phone number and I happened to see a lot of BS lol about Carland. Anyways it’s never too late and bought a few cars from them and had very good luck. I guess you have to have money in your pocket when you go car shopping. I agree that they are not all well organize, they do make mistake after all we are all human. Good luck car shopping and car fixing. They fix my car more than three times and I couldn’t tell if my car was repainted and fixed. They did an awesome job. Thanks you all.

I was shocked at the way my Prius came back when they were done. They fixed the center console armrest, touched up the rock chips and cleaned the wheel wells too! The car was absolutely astoundingly clean, I didn't know it was possible to do this.
