It is simply unbelievable that a highly-rated garage could screw up an oil change, but it happened. The oil fill cap on my 2005 Corolla says "5w30 only" but they put in 10w30! When I called to have this corrected, they said "We use 10w30 in all Corollas and haven't had a problem." (You can read that again!) When I pointed out that the manufacturer specifies 5w30, he said "You didn't tell us to put in that weight oil." I've never seen this sort of ignorance at a garage, anywhere. I've requested a refund and there will be hell to pay if they don't come across. Stay far, far away from Lioe's. God knows what they've done to people who don't know better.

This is a family business and they really know what they are doing. They have fair pricing and do their best to keep repair fees as low as possible. They are friendly and will do their best to get the job done as quickly as possible. They are a real gem in the often sleazy world of auto repair shops.

When I first moved to Seattle and needed some work done on my Nissan Sentra I found out about Lioe's shop and checked it out. The family-run business was bustling right when it opened and Lioe himself was quite cheerful and friendly. They're fast, thorough, and really care about the work they do. Pricing is very reasonable! On one occasion, I came to my car one morning and found someone had smashed into my driver-side mirror and hadn't even left a note! I took it to Lioe's to get it replaced and told him of my situation - he was so upset about the incident as well that he offered to replace it for the price of the part and no labor! It was a warming gesture that made me a loyal customer!
