This is the 2nd car we have purchased from Heath Bower - he is great. Simply put, he provides his best price up front (no games), doesn't insult your intelligence, is very organized, and really knows the product line. Our most recent purchase (a VW Tiguan SEL) was challenging because we wanted a specific model with specific options and a specific color, and the Tiguan SEL 4motions were scarce because of the 3rd order impacts of the Japanese earthquake. Long story short - He found and secured us a vehicle that was hard to find with the exact color and options we wanted and at a price that could not be beat while also providing very competitive trade-in quotes (we traded in 2 vehicles). Also- no one does a better vehicle delivery than Heath. He will take you through the vehicle in detail if you are not familiar with VW or the specific model, or modify the delivery accordingly if you are more familiar with VWs. I recently worked with Leighton Russell to get a 2011 Tiguan. I was immediately allowed to test drive one, and when my wife and I called back to say we wanted one they immediately got the ball rolling. We were back that afternoon and i drove away with an awesome new car.\r

Also, I spent 5 minutes with a guy at the service department counter to order some rubber floor mats, and I got a call back before a week had passed saying they were ready for me to pick up.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a new car with Bill Stutzman at Carter Volkswagen. My friend had purchased a car from him 2 years ago and had a great experience so I went to Bill. He is the reason why I purchased a VW. He was very professional and well informed. And most of all, he was very straight forward and honest. I recently traded in my wife's 2008 Scion xB for a 2010 Golf. Donielle greeted us as we arrived on the lot and immediately helped us locate the exact car we wanted (color and options). They didn't have the car on their lot, but even though it was Sunday they were able to get the car immediately from a nearby dealership and have it prepped for us while we had lunch and my wife did some shopping. \r

The whole process was smooth and simple. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and I got the Golf for a reasonable price at 0% interest. Their finance guy thoroughly explained all the possible protection/warranty packages, but wasn't pushy about them when I elected not to purchase any (I really appreciated this). \r

After this experience, I would certainly buy another vehicle from this dealer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends in search of a car. The car is great and my wife is thrilled with it. Thanks Donielle!

The only car available in that color was a pricier model- so they matched the lower price- giving me several upgraded features for the base model $$. my credit was good but I was sold a car for Waaaay too much money (i didn't understand the process at the time) and after they were not willing to help out at all when I was way over my head. Now I have cancer and cannot get out of the car because I owe way more than it is worth...so I racked up the bills because of the high dealer loan payment and am figuring out how to sell w/out going bankrupt or having repo'd. NEVER AGAIN.

When I got home. I check the fluids. Fluids was not top off When paper work said it was. VW CSR called and I told them about my oil being low they said contact Jack. When I left a message to Jack about my fluids being low he called and said that it all my fluids was fine. How would he know if it's alright if he has not seen it???? He didn't even offer me to come back for them to take a look at it. So I took it to Jiffy Lube to make sure it was top off. And surely The oil level was 2 qt low.
