Millennium Ford stems from Sound Ford, and is affiliated with Horizon Ford. They even had a lot where Christmas tree were sold. The "Service Advisors" are actually entrepreneurs- they are not employed by Millennium. They sort of "rent" their booths at the Service Center. As one Service Advisor used to say when someone would bring a car in for an oil change- that did not need work: "You know me, I will FIND something wrong." As one who used to talk with customers, I know exactly what they are saying. One woman said something similar to, "It was like I bought my car, we got your money, now get the hell out of here." When this place was receiving such bad reviews/surveys that they did not know if their "Blue Oval" certification would be renewed, it was actually suggested that employees bring their OWN cars in and write favorable surveys. Sometimes they would replace parts and do things...then an enraged family member would call and say it had just been done a few months ago. To say they are overpriced is putting it mildly. They just want to get you in for that overpriced oil change...then, they will "upsell" as they call it. It is unbelievable they are still in business. The entrepreneurs- known as "Service Advisors" heavily compete against one another. Things are wheeling and dealing and money is flowing...your money! Run away fast.

These guys are the epitome of shady. First of all, we went to them for our very first car. Being young and inexperienced they saw us coming a mile away. They sold us a piece of garbage, and told us it was in perfect condition. On top of that, they took advantage of us and gave us waaay to high of an interest rate (which we didn't find out until later when it was too late), but made it look ok on paper. The sales staff are liars, all of them, and just out to fill their pockets at everyone else's expense! If you absolutely have to buy here, make sure you are EXPERIENCED or bring someone who is!! Their service department is even worse! When our car would need repair (which was quite frequent) they would tell us to bring it in and then take forever to get to it, leaving us without a vehicle. They didn't provide a loaner car either. The worst part is the actual work - they rarely fixed it appropriately and we would have to keep bringing it back. Even worse than that, they would say they did work that they actually didn't do - just to scam our insurance company! On top of everything else, their prices are outrageous! My best advice - just say NO!!
