If you still want the old fashioned customer service and you want experience go to the Les Schwab in Bothell. See Richard. He must be from way back. My parents have been loyal LS customers for years and when I started getting my car serviced I just went too. I stumbled into the Bothell store and oh my gosh there it was. The old days. Richard greeted me at the car, he walked me into the store. He knows what he is talking about and he gave me a great deal. Now I will drive past the 3 other stores to go to his store. It's a small store and the parking sucks, but it's worth it to drive around back. Trust me-he'll make you a Les Schwab groupie again.

My last visit to lesschwab was a disaster, got two quotes for a KYB struts for my car, after a week I took my car there and they instaled this really cheap brand I never heard of (gabriel)
When I got home I checked the new struts and I got really disapointed after driving the car awhile and after comparing the quote price and the one I paid for, they where the same.
So I got really cheap brand struts and paid for the nice one, me and My wife have three cars and they will never be serviced by any lesschwab store.
We are telling friends and family what they did to us so they can avoid this kind of situation.

We have been regular customers at the Ballard location for years. It seems that the service has declined A LOT. You used to be able to count on a flat repair within an hour. Yesterday I was told two hours, so I waited. After three hours, I asked what was going on and they said it would be about another 45 minutes. After waiting FIVE HOURS, my flat was repaired in 8 minutes.
No apology, no communication, no more of my business!

Took my Honda in for a tire rotation. After the service, the manager strongly suggested that I have my struts replaced and a cost of $650. Almost went along with it until I had my mechanic take a look. He said that he has NEVER had to replace struts on an accord and said that LS has a reputation of suggesting this service when it isn't needed.

I had my tires balanced at les schwab and they either overtightened the lug nuts or didn't torque them properly ie impact wrench. My left rear wheel was shaking badly, luckily I was near a parking lot and not on the freeway, and pulled in. I looked, and to my dismay one lugnut was left holding the wheel on. I called them they took care of everything, but what could have happened scares me the most.

I recently had a flat tire and it happened right by the same Les Schwab that I purchased my tires from, the Ballard branch on 15th Ave NW. Not only did they not "come running" (isn't that their ad campaign slogan?), I was treated as if I was putting them to a great deal of trouble to communicate the word "NO". They went on to tell me that they could/would not fix my flat tire anytime soon. They had the nerve to ask if I could leave me car for several hours. In other words, get lost. Now keep in mind that I am on my way to work and dressed in business attire. What kind of fool would ask that question? I called my insurance companies (Geico- highly recommend) roadside assistance and they sent someone to change my flat within 15 minutes. Really showed the Les Schwab losers up for the chumps that they are. I will never waste my money there again!

I have taken my car to Les Schwab for years. They always get my car in as fast as possible and you cant beat the free service after purchasing their tires. The popcorn is not so great and I wouldn't recommend it. I usually bring a good book and wait for about a half an hour while I get my tires rotated. The best part is that they usually tell me if the notice something off in my brakes or etc.

They stripped my lug studs twice on a Chevy Suburban.
And who makes a Dean Quasar tire anyway---I want a name brand so I go to Discount Tire or Costco.
