I needed some touch-up paint to cover a scratch on my Toyota and it took them two weeks to get it. They don’t have a proper waiting room where you can read or watch TV and the workers seem like they’re always in a hurry (which is understandable since they are the only Toyota dealer in town).

If you think you have a problem with your car, the best place to take it for a diagnostic is J&P Toyota. For only $10, they had a detailed 26 points inspection and they offered me a good price for the repair. In addition, they gave free advice about my car problems. Overall, a positive experience!
