I read the negative review and all I can think of is that perhaps she went through some time-space hole to bizzaro world Werner's Crash shop because she certainly did not go to the one that I did. They were great, totally knowledgeable, and really honest. I hope that I never have to get my car fixed again, but if I do I'm going straight there. THEY ROCK!

Werners did an great job repairing my Volvo wagon. It had been sideswiped my a Metro bus while parked. Eric the manager was very helpful in getting the paperwork with the city processed. All I had to do was to drop off the car and pick it up a week later, the shop took care of the adjusters, estimates, car rentals, etc. Hopefully I will never need a body shop again, but if I do I will go back there.

Werner's Crash Shop is the best Autobody Repair shop in Seattle. The owner is kind, patient and has a great sense of humor. He's a true artist able to restore any vehicle. I've just read the review from a former customer trashing the shop. I'm not surprised by the review the woman was difficult to work with and wanted everyone bending over taking it in the rear whenever she wanted to dish it out. It also speaks to the professionalism at Werner's. Any other collision repair facility would have thrown her and the car out. Instead the owner/manager tried to work with the customer and the insurance company going far beyond what anyone ask. The problem however was the Prius was brand new and parts were not available. The customer was repeatly informed. Had she and her husband wanted the car totalled the insurance company would have done so. Unfortunately she couldn't complain loud enough. In the end Werner's paid the customer full price (the amount they paid) for the car. No one is perfect and cars are not the easiest things to work on. But regarding that Prius and after speaking to the new owner of the car and having delt with the person who gave the first review, they deserve a five star rating.

great place to take your car if you never want to see it again. our prius was rear-ended - badly - and werner's said they'd have it fixed in 3 weeks. it was more like 4 months, was never properly fixed, SHOULD never have been fixed (should have been totalled but i guess they wanted the $$) and we were constantly lied to. they'd call us and say that the car would be ready in a few hours so we'd drop off our rental and go by the shop, only to find out that 'something' went wrong and we wouldn't see our car again for weeks. then they'd drop off our 'fixed' car, but we'd have to bring it back within hours because of major issues that were very obviously still wrong. not worth the headache.
