Derek's Auto Detail & Hand Car Wash

I brought my Honda Civic to Derek's back in the day when Derek actually answered the phone and took your keys. It was my first time getting my car detailed and it was thrilling to have a clean, bright car after a couple of hours. Derek was professional and efficient. The second or third time I took it in it was with my infant son. We took a nice walk up to Greenwood. Unfortunately, a baby mirror that I had fixed to the back seat had been accidentally ripped off. I asked about it and after some additional investigation, they were willing to either buy me a new one or knocking some money off of the price. It sounds like perhaps they have gotten a little overwhelmed with all of the latest offers. Let's hope they don't lose the good quality they began with! more

Fabulous. Exceptional service and results. Expensive, yet worth it: if you want every nook and cranny cleaned and steamed Derek's is the place to go. Cons: Takes all day and expensive. Pros: Unbelievable results: an old car appears new again. Service unbeatable. Guys are friendly and talkative. Absolutely recommend if you need a serious, professional cleaning!! On Thanksgiving I dumped 2 gallons of martinis on the floor of my car. I was very sad about the cocktails, but even sadder thinking about how I was going to get it out of my car. The interior of my car has never been shampooed in the 6 years I've had my car so it was time anyway. I took my car to Derek's and can't believe it, but it looks new again! They were so nice and sweet too - they washed the outside of the car and just made everything look great. If only they could take care of all the cleaning in my life (my yard, my house, my clothes, my office, my reputation), I'd have the most spotless existence on the planet. more
