This business is a joke! Customer service... they have no clue what that means. I brought my car in for an estimate and everyone was really nice and helpful. Once they got my business it took 6 months for the job they quoted me 3 weeks. There is ZERO communication and they dodge phone calls. They have a reputation for doing good work on high end cars but the job they did on mine was poor and they had my car for so long I didn't want to have the errors corrected because I feared it would take another 6 months. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, anywhere else.

They fail to communicate anything. As a result, your always trying to get information regarding your vehicle. Even worse, there appears no communication in there office! The left hand has no idea... More
They fail to communicate anything. As a result, your always trying to get information regarding your vehicle. Even worse, there appears no communication in there office! The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing- resulting in very slow repairs. If you need drama in life- you'll get it here. If not, I wouldn't recommend it.

I have had several vehicles repaired at Metro Auto Rebuild, and would never go to anyone else. The workmanship is superb, and the cars were returned spotless and looking better than new! The staff was extremely helpful, and kept me well informed. They even let me know when one of the vehicles was not safe to drive, and arranged alternative transportation for me. I would highly recommend Metro to everyone!
