When our first fridge arrived from Wiseman's, it didn't work. (Was a manufacturing problem). Wiseman's quickly brought us a temporary unit to use while a replacement was ordered. Very responsive, helpful, and the replacement worked like a charm. Great folks to work with.

After spending a few trips to Sears being ignored or dealing with un-informed sales staff, Wiseman's was a breath of fresh air. Very knowledgeable without a hard sell, Wiseman's reminds you why the classic neighborhood stores are often better. Prices seemed comperable to the other places we checked, and they seemed to believe in "quality over quantity" in their selection . . . ie. they had whittled it down to the products they could actually stand by. They have a good selection of European and hard to find appliances, such as our New Zealand Fisher and Paykel stainless steel drawer dishwasher (which for the record, rocks!)
