Try stopping in at B-Bam. They're right on Pike street on Capitol Hill, and have all kinds of weird fun fashionable stuff in addition to creating custom shirts.

Try stopping in at B-Bam. They're right on Pike street on Capitol Hill, and have all kinds of weird fun fashionable stuff in addition to creating custom shirts.
I believe they have the felted lettering stuff in those crazy 70's bubbly fonts, and can also do totally custom stuff from your digital file.
You might also try just hopping over to a fabric store and picking up some felted letters for some DIY action. This could save you some money.
