I lived at the Park at Northgate for just over a year. The location was a plus, but beyond that: noisy neighbors, constant police activity, public intoxication circumscribed basic units. I don't know if this place receives tax credits for housing the indigent, but it has Section 8 all over it. This is not a good place if you have children!

They don't even deserve that one star. I am delighted to be the first person to review this awful sore on the face of Seattle housing. The Park At Northgate (owned and operated by Pinnacle Realty Management) fails in so many regards, its difficult to know where to begin. In the interest of being completely fair, I'll state the pros and the cons. Pros: exterior appears clean occasionally (grass is mowed regularly). large swimming poor opened in Summer only tiny room with old gym equipment tanning bed (if you're into that sort of thing Cons: entire complex has mold problem violate specific sections of the landlord-tenant act when you move out; almost as if leaving is punitive:specifically there is no refundable deposits AT ALL noise noise noise. At one point there was a band practicing at full volume in the apartment next to ours. parking lot is a new car lot for thieves. On weekly basis, someone's windows would be smashed out. no tenant screening so you're likely to live next door to meth operations, drug dealers, and otherwise unsavory individuals management doesn't fix problems; merely puts a band aid on issues. (mold in our complex was treated by management bringing in a fan to dry off the wall) the entire complex smells of cigarettes and weird old food odors they allow dogs which may or may not yap all night questionable billing practices. Rent varies widely through complex for same-style units. no detailed list of charges upon departure regardless of how much you clean this place when you leave, they charge you $130 + $60 (carpet cleaning). Should you dare move into this place, create an incredibly detailed listof all damages upon entry. Get them to sign your sheet and keep a copy. This way when they try to charge you for repairs to pre-existing damages, you have some recourse. New Apartment manager, "Angela B." is inept in discussions Pinnacle Realty Management has unsatisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau many gripes on www.apartmentratings.com Company attempts to hide ratings like this with Google-index manipulation by searching for the only FAKE positive ad written.
