Although it was difficult to have my cat of 13 years put to sleep, the doctor and her support staff were very comforting, from the phone call to make the appointment, through the whole process itself, until I left the office. Very kind and professional.

We recently had to put our cat to sleep and I'm not sure I could have handled it without her candor and sympathy. To make us feel comfortable, they even offered to let us pay the next time we came in.
On a totally different note, Dr. Bernstein has been known to let you look in the microscope when your dogs develop, er, microscopic passengers. Assuming you're into that sort of thing.

We've taken our dogs to Evelyn Robertson for 19 years, and can't recommend her enough. She is compassionate, competent, and extremely trustworthy. She is the owner of the business, but has several other veterinarians who work there as well. Our dog, Jazz, actually picked her for us, by licking her face! You dog likes her? That was enough for us to say she is our vet, and we've never regretted it. You won't either.
