I'm not too fond of themeparks that don't have much to offer to begin with on the gravity defying fast paced rides side of things. If you want speed I suggest Six Flags, but if you want more of a family outing then Knotts is one themepark to visit. Probably the best part of Knotts is when it becomes halloween and it turns into a scary Knotts Scary Farm with haunted houses. The prices are a bit cheaper than other themeparks, just a bit and they have improved on rides, like the Xcelerator, but they still need to turn things up a notch. Go there to have a good time don't expect too much from the rides, but go in a pack and you'll have fun nonetheless. Just remember to rest up cause you will get tired.

We always have a lot of fun here, no matter the age. Two tips: The nursing baby area here is disgusting don't go there! The chicken restaurant in the front is awesome! Get the fried chicken and a pie...and a reservation.

Knott's Berry Farm is a cool amusment park in the Orange County. They have cool rides and attractions and the place usually isn't too crowded. They also have a cool halloween themed park during the month of October, filled with monter-ridden mazes that will scared you senseless. A cool place to check out nonetheless though.

For the unsuspecting tourist, this place might come as a pleasant surprise. Overshadowed by its worldly renowned neighbor Disneyland, this place really deserves some hype because it really is a top notch amusement park. There are rides for everyone to go to here, for the thrill-seeking teenagers to the little six-year old tot. Anothing big thing with this park is that the prices that are here are considerably cheaper than prices at competing parks like Disneyland, which is huge because you can save much more money by going here and still have a similar, maybe even better, experience. My favorite ride was Ghostrider, because it really is a long roller coaster, lasting more than three minutes long.
