This retirement community is located in the First Hill area. The community has both independent living and a health care center. I have found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable to talk with. This is an older building that is quite attractive from the street. The lobby area is exquisite. They also offer valet parking. How nice is that? I would recommend this place for someone wanting to live in a convenient downtown Seattle location.
