I don't know about the last person but I have worked with the service writer named David and he is very helpful when it comes to my car. He always meets me at the car and opens my door. I have always used my warranty and he has been great on getting things covered. All the guys including David at Acura of Seattle are the best around. Unlike the last guy I would recommend this dealership for all your service needs in and out of warranty coverage.

Brought my MDX in for service on battery issue (don't waste your money on their warranty or extended warranty). g). . Met service guy name David (idiot). Told him car was still under warranty and that the battery failing and that I had to call my AAA to jump the car. Told him NHTSA, car magazines, and MDX car club had mentioned Acura buying bad batteries for their cars. He said he needs to verify if it's a battery issue. 1 hour later he came back and said that it was a defective battery and wanted to charge me $200 for a 500 crank amp batter which was known to be defective. I asked him why would would he want to charge me for a defective part that should be covered by my warranty and the ridiculous price for a 500 crank amp battery. David said he can give me a discount.....this guy is beyond words...I just left....I had other issues with this dealership when purchasing my vechicle...like the missing DVD player! This dealership was good back in the 90's but not anymore...Avoid this dealership at all cost!!!! Especially David the service idiot:) Pros: Nice facility Cons: Con artist

I had a horriable experience with another acura dealership ( http://www.insiderpages.com/b/3723415365 ) trying to purchase a car, but decided that I really wanted a TL so I tried again with Acura of Seattle. I recieved a great price, great customer service, and walked out with a great car. These guys even appologized for the actions of the other dealership! If you want an acura and live on the Eastside of Seattle, this is (in my opinion) the ONLY place to get one.
