We rented a camper from here and upon return, the owner was incredibly rude, saying he knew nothing about camper rentals and the person who handled them had left and wouldn't be back for hours. We asked that someone at least inspect the camper to check for damage, mileage, etc. and we were told to just leave the camper there and leave - someone will deal with it the next day. Seriously? This is Scranton and we live in MA. Meanwhile we have no signed paperwork and they have our credit card open. We waited around for 4 and a half hours for the person who dealt with the camper rentals to return. We were due a refund of the $500 security deposit, but the computers were conveniently down! We also learned that the man who had rented us the camper was fired for "stealing" and the new guy had just started the day before and didn't know anything. One excuse after another. We have never dealt with a business this openly rude or shady. Heed our advice and take your business elsewhere!

This rental place is convenient because it is located in downtown Scranton. The one thing I didn't like too much is they don't have such a great selection of cars available for rental; mostly Fords and Mercurys for smaller cars, which is usually what I rent. I rented up renting a Focus the last time and it was a decent car. It seemed well maintained. I think this place specializes in larger vans which is good if this is what you're looking for. The prices aren't too bad so I might rent again from this place.
