We have visited this very large park and have been impressed every time we come. The park itself is fairly large and has upto date playground equipment and is maintained wonderfullly. The railroad train is amazing, as well as the carosel which delights both young and old! While McCormick Ranch Park is a drive away it is worth it. If I lived much closer to this park we would visit every day! I have attended many birthday parties here and it's a grea place to get togther. It is so vast that you don't have to worry about children quickly wondering into the road as the roads are a bit away from the middle of the park.

The kids that I have brought to the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park have loved it with no exceptions. The old carousel has a real charm to it and the kids absolutely love it. The train is cute and affordable and is a great way to see the park and get the kids on a miniature train for a ride. I wouldn't recommended the train ride in the summer. Metal + AZ heat = ouch!

We have been here several times and the kids still love it. It is beautiful to go at christmas time and take a train ride through the park with all of the trees lite up with christmas lights. They have a little snack shack and a beautiful old carousel. It does get extremely busy on the weekends due to birthday parties and that makes parking really hard. But we only go once in a while so it is worth it.

This park is an absolutly wonderful place to visit during the fall or spring.. It gets kinda hot in the summer to ride on a train. There is everything you would expect at a park and more here.. clean restrooms, covered play area, carasoul, and a train. there is also a snack bar. parking is decent, and the price is exceptional for the little train lover in your family. i suggest going during the winter holidays, its so pretty when it is all lit up with christmas lights!

The trees are mature, so there is plenty of shade. There are bathrooms. The is also a snack bar open most days. Plenty of picnic tables and benches.

The McCormick-Stillman park is fun for everyone. They have a historic carousel, a miniature railroad circling the park and several playgrounds. Groups would enjoy the park as well as they have several nice ramadas. Snacks are available there and there are two souvenir shops with cute t-shirts and train items.

A fun place for kids is the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park. It has a couple of different playgrounds for the children based on age appropriateness. It also has several covered ramadas for picnicking or birthday parties. You can also buy tickets to ride the train or the carousel. It is a very affordable afternoon out. During the winter, they decorate with a ton of xmas lights and then it is really fun.
