Pat Thurman is still the Manager. She manages the district actually.
I work at another one of Pat's stores. As she bounces between so many locations, it is virtually impossible for her to stay on top of every little thing.
Nonetheless, the man in question shouldn't be allowed to work while dressed like that.
It is possible to assume that they've ordered a new shirt for him, which would take a period somewhat greater than a week...maybe you visited on two perfectly coincidental occasions?
I believe this is the case. This sort of thing wouldn't fly at my location, and seeing as Pat manages both locations, I doubt her staff over there would allow it either.

This is a wonderful resource for all parents. It is an extension of the school system and is funded by the school districts in the area. A representative specializing in Early Childhood Education visits your home once a month. They review the child's development, provide an activity to do at that time, provide the parents with useful informations on child development and the best activities to encourage a child's development in every stage. These visits start from birth and can be very informative to even the best parents. And it's all a free service supported by your tax dollars. There is no reason not to partake, as the teachers come to your home at a time convenient to you, even offering evening appointments. The idea is that these early visits get parents involved in education from the beginning and therefore strengthen families and give children a better base at home when they do start school. Wonderful program I wish they had in my new home in Florida.

August 01, 2008 @ 10:10 a.m. put the gas nozzle in my tank.. The digital readout went up to 51 cents and not a drop of gasoline was dispensed from the fuel pump.
Went into the store in informed female clerk of the problem, and here only reply was (huh).. Told her I refuse to pay and she said no problem..
I called the Missouri Department of Weights & Measures at Jefferson City and notified them of the problem.
