Big Bowl is your usual Asian restaurant to go to with a different twist added in. They have a wide variety of food to choose from on their menu. The servers here are really friendly and what I liked best about big Bowl is their desserts. The desserts here are excellent and the prices here are reasonable.

For me, the food is secondary to one of the delights you will find at Big Bowl. They have freshly made, or home-made, ginger ale for sale. Made with real ginger that is light, refreshing, but not over-powering, you have enough to bring me into this restaurant. The food is excellent and not over-priced. I have never been there for dinner, but the lunches were always good. They have a great selection of spicy and mild. The atmosphere of the place is quite good as well with enough of a selection of food to tantalize the most discerning of tastes. This is a chain restaurant, but the food feels original enough that this is not a kind of Olive Garden for Asian food. Try the ginger ale. Trust me!

Big bowl is a nice restaurant in terms of looks, seating, etc. A fine place to go with your friends. This one is right by woodfield mall. Now in terms of food quality, it was ok. I had pad thai and it was not that great. But it all depends on your frame of reference. If you're used to places like Chili's then this food is fantastic. Try it out you'll really like it. It's not super thai food, but its better than a sandwich or some other fast food or most other places. This place I like more than noodles and company. Prices are ok.

My husband and I enjoyed our experience at Big Bowl in Schaumburg. I had the Pad Thai (my staple at any restaurant offering it!) and I was mostly unimpressed, but at the same time it was tasty. It was in no way the authentic Pad Thai I've grown to love, but it was a decent noodle dish. It did lack some of the authenitc Thai flavors. The prices were moderately reasonable, and I do think we would return some time in the future.

This is a great place to go for some really tasty thai food. They have an awesome menu and their shrimp dumplings and pad thai are a must-try. The food is very reasonably priced and the portions are big. The restraunt is very well-kept and has lots of space. The restraunt is also decorated very nicely, which adds to the experience. It is usually never so crowded that you have to wait a long time, so its a great place to go for a fun and delicious meal without a long wait! Make sure to try this one out if you are a thai food lover!
