RMB has been responsive in communication and reasonable in their quote and negotiation. We have agreed to do our room addition with them, but we're only in the design phase so we can't give a complete rating yet. So far, so good though! They beat out another contractor provided from Service Magic. Not only on price, but by engaging in better communication about our needs and concerns.

Their warranties are excellent, especially for road hazards like nails in the tire with their free fixes.
