What can I say? Walmart is always a great place to shop...well usually. Normally I get great service, great prices, well stocked shelves, etc.
Well I was in the market for a cook top/camp site stove. Preferably with two burners. One that wouldn't break my bank, or my back.
This was kind of a last minute deal...we were having a charity chili cookoff, and i needed a cook stove and fast, one that would accomodate two large stock pots, and I had a real set budget of how much I could afford.
I had looked all over Lakeside and El Cajon, without much success. Everywhere I went, it was way out of my price range, and all looked too small to accomodate what I needed.
So, since I had to do some other shopping, I was going to be near the Walmart in Santee, the only Walmart I rarely go to since it hardly ever has the things I need.
This time I lucked out. It had the perfect cook stove, small, compact, great price, easy to find, big enough for exactly what i needed! I guess maybe I better come back to this store a little more often!

If you are a bargain hunter, this is the store for you! You could find anything from make up to cleaning products. Clothing to Candy. Haircare to Toys! Even some furniture! Great Prices!!! Friendly customer service and a wide variety of different products. Reminds me of Pic'n' Save but even better!!!! I love going to Big Lots to stock up on candy and canned goods. Very cute baby clothes also! I definitely recommed it for any bargain shopper out there!

Since I am your average thrifty college student, I use my Student Dollar Stretcher coupon book to take advantage of The UPS Store's $0.03 per copy deal. All in all, a great office supplies place.

Always wanted to drink your favorite alcoholic beverage while at the movies? At the Santee drive in you can bring in whatever you like! For a double feature, you will pay $6 a person to enter! Once in, you can tune your car stereo in to a local station to get higher quality sound for the movies. Some people like to treat it like a tailgate party, and sit in folding chairs. A ghetto blaster with some batteries makes for a good center speaker. Accompanied by a car stereo on either side, you have a home grown version of surround sound!

Outstanding workmanship and quality. Very professional and a darn nice guy, to boot. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician. They apparently also do plumbing and I plan to call them for that as well when needed

We had been out doing some shopping and running errands in Santee, and we were just about to head home, when we realized we needed to get a few things at a car part shop so we could finish up on one of the restoration projects for our classic car.
We didnt want to do a bunch more running around to get to our usual car part store, so we went to the nearest one...which happened to be PepBoys.
The store was neat, clean, well organized and well lit. Products were well stocked and easy to find, not picked over like so many other stores. There were staffers everywhere, ready to help you if you need them, but they werent the type to get in your face when all you wanted to do is look.
The products were very reasonably priced. They had far more than just car parts, they had something for everyone...we ended up picking up a great stuffed bear for my son that was dressed in Army fatigues, holding an American flag. I also picked up a small AAA first aid kit for my purse. They also had some very unique car fresheners....we collect Betty Boop figurines, and lo and behold, our son found the cutest Betty Boop air freshener for the car, so of course, along with a sponge Bob air freshener, we headed towards the counter.
The cashier was very courteous and friendly, she politely asked if we found everything and when we told her we had missed one item we had been looking for, she immediately knew right where it was and pointed us in the right direction.
A fun time was had by all!

This particular Subway is very tidy and clean. They are always friendly and polite. They have great menu options to choose from. The parking is not a problem. I always look forward to coming here. I just love eating here and would definately recommend it to others such as family, friends, etc.
