Jim was a pleasure to work with. He called me in the evening within minutes of my submitting a request on ServiceMagic and set up an appointment for the next day. He was honest and straightforward, quickly analyzing the causes of the water leaks and giving me a reasonable estimate of repair costs. He did the work the next business day, and in the process discovered two unforeseeable complications that increased the labor time somewhat, but he got approval from me before continuing. Three sources of leaks were detected and resolved, and a master shut-off was added to he sprinkler system. I am very happy with the result.

Once we discussed the issues, no supervision was needed. He solved my irrigation problems, and I was able to take care of my business, at the same time. Pricing is in the ballpark. I became comfortable enough with Jim fairly quickly, and I arranged for him to analyze my system on a regular basis, and to make adjustments as he feels they are needed.
