Probably one of the best subs i've had in a while...in fact i ordered another one because it was so good... Then i washed that down with an ice cold hefewiezen.... Pasta is great( i recomend the Riggotoni) pizza is really fresh and the cheese is GREAT! Bring a friend or bring the family, either way you will be coming back for more!

I have been going to this restaurant since I was 14. This is great food and wonderful service the price hardly ever changes. The waiters and ALL employees treat you WONDERFUL! I have never had a bad experience there. If I go out for Mexican it is definitely Marietas. The margaritas are how I would make mine at home (now that I am 31) I like to be able to taste a little bit of tequila (at least) this is a wonderful place! GAURANTEED!!!

Casa Picante is definitely one of the best places to eat at in East County. The food is excellent, the service is great and homely.
We have recommended the restaurant to many friends and family over the last 8 months. We like it so much we will be having a wedding reception here with 60+ people.

I remember going to this restaurant as a kid, I just recently went back with my own kids and enjoyed the warm casual atmosphere. This is the place were if you ever came here wearing a tie they would cut it off. All the old ties are hanging on the walls around the restaurant. The food is good, but it makes you feel like you are eating at a campsite which I guess is kind of cozy. There is also a big cow on the roof so you know you have arrived at this steakhouse.

I kick myself for taking so long to try Mary's Donuts!! I've driven by the place countless times over the years, blowing it off as looking like one of those "Truck Stop" places. Then earlier this month, I decided to stop by and get and try a few donuts, and WOW!! From the Fruit Filled Burritos, to the Giant Twists, simply DELICIOUS ALL THE WAY! As a Serra Mesan, I'm SO jealous that Santee has such a tasty gem;Don't you dare leave Mission Gorge Rd to get on the 52 in the morning without a pit stop at Mary's

all employees has always been very helpful and are very knowledgable of there products especially in the bakery and deli.recently i purchased $300.00 in visa gift cards and noticed i did not get any double gas rewards for them i was upset because i payed $17.95 in fees for the 3 cards, the manager explained to me they were only toward other vendor's gift cards i was very upset i explained i could have just given my 3 kids money rather than pay a fee for gift cards considering they all live here in san diego and not anywhere i needed to mail them to. since they were non refundable he gave me $15.00 store coupon credit at the checkout when i bought another gift card for regal theaters. that was greatly appreciated and helpful since all theses cards were gifts for the holidays.

Most folks in Santee have been going to Jimmys for years. The facility burned down a few years back and, good for us, was completely rebuilt. The specials each day are a wonder and modest in price. This is a basic comfortable, clean place to eat. Dependable. GO HERE.

I love this place you should try it if you are in the area! I love the pad thai with chicken and my kids love the orange chicken, you can dine in, order out, or have it delivered!!!!! YUMMY. And very nice people that work there as well.
