We asked Victor for a few estimates and while he was explaining the stucco process I noticed on his business card the word TexCoate & Windows. *we sat through a 1 hour presentation through a Private Southbay Contractor regarding the TexCoate process and he wanted $25,000 (say what?)...then changed it to $16,000 if we'd let them place a sign on our property, and that we provide names of others they could contact---we didn't want our friends or family taken by surprise...so we declined. Victor guaranteed the same LIFE Time Warranty for Paint & Labor, plus he beat their price. He also installed NEW windows too. CALL HIM :)
