I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at the SFS Store. I have never had a negative experience with the staff or an out of stock moment. Especially at Halloween time I try to plan ahead of time and not wait until the last minute and hold "CSR" responsible for my own procrastination. Prices are reasonable and I always find what I'm looking for anytime of the year. I highly recommend this store !!!! Like I said "Wherever you go there you are", easy to please and thank you for the great service. Loyal Customer :) Pros: Easily accessible to the freeway. Pleasant abience, helpful staff always!!! It is way over priced, you can go online or even Party City and find costumes at least $20 cheaper. Also they will not let you treturn anything electrical wither it was defective when you bought it or not. They are very convienent but, if you look around online or at other places you can find better deals. As well as places that are willing to return items that are defective.

I purchased the Astronaut custom for my son's project. Open it and blow up the back pack. It look like crab so we decided to return it 2 days later. The minutes I walked in there. The manager was very rude accuse me of using the item. Which is made me so mad. My son's project won't be due until next Wednesday. There is no way we had used that stupid thing. And also accused me of not wanting to spent the money because my husband and I been there twice.What is that got to do with anything? We can go there as many times as we wanted. Besides the item was still brand new. It is white color so if my 8 years old had used that It would have been dirty. I would not shop there again. They will not let me exchange it. I don't think it is fair.
