I'm sorry the first reviewer had such a bad experience, but I'm sure that salesperson is no longer an employee. I say this because every employee at this store that I've ever worked with (and I'm a regular shopper) is friendly and knowledgeable. The shoe selection is fantastic and unbeatable anywhere else in town. Although the prices can be beat with on-line shopping, by the time you add the shipping & handling charges, your savings has diminished. With fuel costs increasing at the current alarming rate, shipping charges are starting to increase, as well. Think and buy locally!
Pros: No comparison elsewhere in Santa Fe
Cons: Can get a bit busy around the holidays; give yourself some time to shop

Wow, My experiences at Santa Fe's On your Feet is totally opposite.
While a N.M. resident, it was a regular shopping stop and even now, as a lost Texas resident, On Your Feet is a return stop we make everytime we are in the area. Actually, I found this site today and the first rather negative review while searcing for Santa Fe's On your Feet's website for a potential Christmas purchase. That led to a phone call where I received excellent courteous help today with a gift card that should bring smiles to its happy recipient come Christmas morning. The only thing than could have made it better, would have been a side order of blue corn enchiladas with a heavy coat of green chili sauce.
Pros: Excellent selection, quality and great customer service.

After buying a pair of shoes at this store I came to buy some tights. I was talking quietly to a friend on my cellphone about which to buy and the saleswoman threw me out, saying "please take you and your private conversation outside" she insisted coldly several times. It was 30 degrees outside, but I had not choice but to leave. I even told the saleslady 'but i just moved here and dont have pals to ask about what to buy'! Still, she threw me out. INCREDIBLE! This was the worst, coldest treatment and horrible shopping experience I have had in my new city of Santa Fe. Sadly, I will not go there again. SO so sad, i would rather support local business....but not a NASTY local business. In the future I will buy from zappos.com.
Pros: great selection
Cons: high prices, VERY nasty saleslady, uncomfortable atmosph
