When I moved to Santa Fe a year ago, I thoroughly researched where I should go to get my very thick, very frizzy, unruly hair cut. I ended up at Wink and met a stylist named Edward. He was great. Very proessional and very experienced. He has since left Wink, and so I went to a new salon not far away. Well, it was the worst haircut I ever had, and I was deeply disappointed because their website makes it sound fabulous. I won't mention the name here, but you'll see my review of it if you scan other salons on this site. In the meantime, I called Wink for desperate help and was teamed up with a stylist named Angelo. I was very nervous, and I told him I had just had the worst cut ever. He sat me down and did his magic. He is the best! I love my new cut. I have gotten several compliments on it, some from strangers, and it has only been one day. I highly recommend Wink. I have had nothing but great haircuts from Wink. Thanks Angelo!! I'll be back in two weeks for color.
Pros: Convienent location, professional atmosphere
Cons: A little pricey, but worth it

I hired Wavelengths to do hair and make up for my self and my posse for my wedding at Bishop's Lodge in Santa Fe. They came to us, fed us, and pampered us. We had so much fun! And our men had a personal barbershop in their room!
My husband told me again and again how beautiful I looked. (He even continues to remind me weeks later).
I have to say I completely agree. I have never had a better hairdo and my make up was georgeous! My mani/pedi was a loving experience. My hands and feet looked and felt great!
My parents, family and friends were all very pleased with our services.
So many thanks to the gang at Wavelengths! We shall see you again!

This is a piece of heaven. The saunas and hot tubs are wonderful, the master massage therapists are a gift and they transform you into a loose noodle. The attention to detail and atmosphere transports you to another world. For peace and tranquility this is the place.

I went to RPS for all my wedding needs. I was from out of town and had a hectic schedule right before the big day so I was a nervous wreck that needed cut, color, mani, pedi and not to mention all the work i needed on the day of the wedding. Not only did they fit me in their busy schedule, they did an AMAZING job. Everything was perfect. They were fast and efficient and yet so sweet and welcoming. They made me feel like a celebrity. And the day of the wedding they made me look like one too. Worth every penny and more. And the owner is amazing!

I was in Santa Fe for the last two weeks and took three Pilates classes from Mel at Pilates Fitness Plus on St. Francis Drive (after Trader Joe's and between the Dunkin Donuts and the "Martinizing" dry cleaner). I would recommend Pliates Fitness Plus and Mel without reservation. He is attentive to each of his students (even in a class setting where the students may not all be of the same level). He keeps you going throughout the class so that when you get out of there, you know you had a great, great workout. He has a "Power Plate" he uses for various stretching and toning exercises between a number of the excercises on his new Pilates "reformers" and other missions. I just sent a friend there and my friend also has nothing but praise for the workout at Pilates Fitness Plus. Jamie R.
