Every time I have gone, they have been prompt, forthcoming, and friendly... very Unsanta Fe from what I've experienced in most areas of customer service thus far. Whenever they need to do further testing and whatnot, they have always called straight away, explained the situation in Layman's terms, and asked for permission to perform said tests. Many times if a timeframe has been quoted and they didn't need all the time they said, they would be honest enough to say so. Whenever we have gotten our car back, there has never been an issue afterwards-the problems have always been addressed and totally taken care of. They always explain what the problem was in detail with a diagram of the car and have given me preventative measures, if any. I strongly suggest and recommend these guys. I really appreciate their respect and work. Pros: Helpful, fast, competent Cons: nothing yet so far
