Howard Lee does a good job every year for me on my income taxes. I was referred to him by a mutual friend. He sure is smart and does not miss a step. He makes sure I am confident in his ability and does not hesitate to return my calls in a timely manner. He keeps my papers in order and knows going the extra mile easily makes me happy. I appreciate a good write-off and rebate wherever I can scrounge one up. He is good guy. Nice and friendly.

I am using WaMu since 5 years for regular banking. This facility is large, welcoming. Staff is eager to help and provides good options for various banking needs. Always smiling and eager to help. Just avoid going during Saturday for normal banking. Too much rush. Plenty of parking.

This is a very busy bank. I sometimes have to stand in the line for more than 25 minutes. I think they need more tellers. However their service is friendly and they do stick to the Free Smiles sign written in the bank.

If you need a payroll company, please pick another one. ADP is notorious for terrible customer service. They have such a huge clientel that getting through to someone who can actually help you can be a nightmare. The employees try, but they get so overwhelmed that just keeping up is a nightmare. It is not uncommon to be on hold, waiting to give payroll information or trying to solve a paycheck problem for an hour or more. If you have a choice, go with another company.
Cons: Long waits, bad service
