Great food! Can't get enough of that Mushu Pork! Always great service. Tables are perfect size to order anything you want, are well-spaced apart, and are very clean with white paper covers. Great for families, friends, and dates since it's not overcrowded. Occasionally, we've had to wait to be seated, but the wait was generally 5 minutes or less.

I've only been here once but can assure you that I will be back. The place is roomy, loud like a sports bar, kid friendly and clean. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and cheerful. You must try their famous Monte Cristo Sandwich. It's like no other! A ham, turkey & cheese sandwich on white bread lightly battered and fried to a golden brown then sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with raspberry preserves on the side for dipping. Sounds a bit strange but oh so good! Reasonable prices. Not expensive.

Truya is simply the best sushi value in the Santa Clara area. It is painfully small (maybe 35 seats, tops) which means sometimes you have to wait, but the wait is worth it. Awesome sushi bar, lots of interesting roll variations, and great combo boxes. *Extremely* high quality. Did I mention it was cheap? As Scott about his golf exploits.

Yes, you can make a cheaper smoothie at home, but Jamba Juice offers convenience and unusual offerings. I like the acai juice. They offer a low carb filler, sherbet and frozen yogurt. This location is in the food court of the Valley Fair Mall. The line is usually very long but it moves fast.

Mariani's is one of those old time places to take your Grandma to dinner. The servers are all very experienced and take care of you professionally. I like the saltimbocca and the home made soups are usually outstanding. They have dancing on Friday and Saturday night. Old standard songs are played. They have huge banquet and meeting facilities and the hotel is reasonably priced. Sunday brunch is also popular, but I have never tried it.

Farm Fresh Produce of Santa Clara is a fabulous little produce market. We are so glad to have dicovered it. They offer mounds of great produce and a few other cooking staples. The name is uncreative, but the food is well worth a visit. This is the best produce market I've found in Santa Clara.
