horrible customer service...i don't know how they remain open. Very nice at first, but when something goes wrong, they r rude, especially the woman that works in the front. I brought in my broken piece of glass and had it ordered. The woman at the front desk did the measurement..i came to pick it up and went home only to find that it was too short on 1 side & 2 long on 1 side. I brought it back 2 her and we remeasured the table and it was shorter than my original piece. So we had to order the glass again, but this time it was 2 long. I brought it back to them for a trim. They Didn't inform me when they broke my glass that I needed a trim on, and they didn't bother to call me. when i called to pick up my glass, the lady just told me that they can't do the order. I don't know why it was so difficult to measure when my original glass was right in front of them. The lady can't get the correct measurement...why is she even there??? My brother wedding is a few days away...a very frustrated customer...don't ever go here.

I have been a customer of Mission Glass for many years. I have recommened them to friends and family. They are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. They have excellent quality work, customer service and materials. You get your moneys worth. I will continue to recommend them and use them for all my mirror, window, and screen needs.

The lady at the customer service desk (well there is only one lady in the store anyway) is very rude. She might seems helpful/polite to you when you are inquiring about the product, but believe me after she takes your money, and you have any question at all, or the product is not what you ordered and you just want an explanation of why it is not the same as what you expect, she will be very rude to you since she already got your money. And since glass and screen are customized for you, you can't return it anyway. So she doesn't care. Also the prices are more expensive than others. The only reason I bought from that store was because it was close to my house and I don't want to take a long drive. So I figured I will just pay more for convenience. I will never do business with that store again. There are lots of glass & screen stores in Santa Clara. Avoid this store.
