First of all, I have to admit that I didn't realize the difference that new windows can make on a home from the inside and outside. My house feels sound now. No drafts. No noise. My house stays pretty constant temperaturewise so my heating and cooling bills are nice. I feel safer because my house feels like Fort Knox now.
American Vision Windows made the experience very pleasant. I can tell the staff is well trained about how to enter a home. They were clean. They left my house clean. The salesrep was very knowledgeable and he stuck with the whole process until the installation crew was done. Everyone bent over backwards and my only regret is that I hadn't called them sooner. I was able to get my window coverings at the same time because they carry Hunter Douglas products and the measure guys can measure for coverings at the same time.

I recently contracted Trevey Electric to install power circuits for ATMs at several CVS Pharmacies. Bob and his staff were very courteous and professional. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and completed the installations on time and under budget. I even received comments from the CVS managers stating how trouble-free and clean the installations were. I plan to continue calling on Trevey Electric for all of my electrical projects. These guys are good!!

Early Saturday morning, I arrived in Palo Alto to assess a "tenants-evicted" property, which was much, much worse than I had hoped. The most urgent problem was a root-clogged cleanout pouring sewage across the walkway and front yard. I called, and 30 minutes later the Cavalry arrived in the form of Jesse in Truck 9! I expected Jesse to be competent, which he certainly was, but did not expect him to be charming, articulate, empathetic, explain what he was doing every step of the way to a nosy old lady on a limited budget, offer me the coupon discount before I mentioned that I had one, give me a second estimate on the kicked-out garbage disposal, suggest additional needed-later services, and tell me funny stories. Jesse turned a 2% day into 1000%, and he and Roto-Rooter have a customer forever!
Pros: Best Plumber on the Planet: Jesse! 193-2698

I go there for a lot of photocopies. They have the most modern machines. Their customer service is helpful. Once I wanted to use their kodak machine to print some photos and was having some difficulty. The person working there smilingly did it for me. They also have a lot of stationery but I find them expensive than the other stores. On the whole a good store with good customer service.
