If you need a payroll company, please pick another one. ADP is notorious for terrible customer service. They have such a huge clientel that getting through to someone who can actually help you can be a nightmare. The employees try, but they get so overwhelmed that just keeping up is a nightmare. It is not uncommon to be on hold, waiting to give payroll information or trying to solve a paycheck problem for an hour or more. If you have a choice, go with another company.

He is an extremely busy man and always makes time for the littlest of questions. I always pass on his name to other friends that are in need of some advice or an accountant. When it comes time to do taxes he is definitely the TAX GURU!!
