I've been going to the Valley Fair Mall Sephora store for years now and every time I go I always have questions about the newest greatest whatever (usually something I saw in a beauty mag) and every time they actually A.) have the new product in stock and B.) can tell me all about the benefits or drawbacks and recommend something similar if the product isn't a good fit for me. I highly recommend this store and the people who work there as friendly, extremely competent and knowledgeable and fountains of beauty tips, tricks and info. PROS: Knowledgeable staff, good inventory & new items in stock CONS: Mall location & parking is a challenge

sephora here is like the sephora stores i shopped at when living in paris -- clean, organized, and well-stocked with a wide variety of products at great prices, and their website is easy to use as well. the easiest place to pick up something when you can't find it at the drugstore and can't make it to the department store. highly recommended! Pros: many locations, organized, good prices Cons: sometimes not stocked, service hit and miss, can be crowded
