So far, I've been to this installer 4-5 times for both of my vehicles (BMW 330i and GMC Yukon). I've been very happy with all of my tire installations. They work with the Tire Rack (on line tire store) and accept drop ships so that you don't have to bring your tires to the shop. There was only one incident that they over torqued my wheels and I mentioned that to them and they said ok. No problems since. However, I'd advise you look up the torque specs for your car and let them know ahead of time so they hand torque to the right spec.

We went there to get our Honda Accord repaired that had been rearended badly. The staff was corteous and we were treated nicely. The estimates were good and timely. After the work was approved by our insurance company, it was done and completed in a professional manner. Some honda and som after-market parts were used, but we were told about everything in advance. No surprises. The trunk was damaged badly, but you cannot tell that by looking at it. The paint job was also done right. We were satisfied.
One other goos this that there is a car rental company just next to it, so if you want to rent a loaner, it is very convenient.

Our shop strives to provide quality work at a fair price. Everyone knows the saying you get what you pay for, and we strive to be fair and honest with our customers. In response to sjoesten, if we didn't fix the problem we never would've released the vehicle. Are we perfect, of course not, and do we make mistakes, yes. However that is what the warranty is there for, a protection for the customer.
We did go through our records to find this customer and rectify the situation because we are family owned and the safety of our customers is important to us. We were unable to locate the customer.
It is our sincere hope that when people write reviews they are accurate and honest.

I have used for replacement tires purchase for both cars. Offers good selection, in stock product and fast service. Even tire rotations are possible walk-in. Good staff, clean waiting area and centrally located on Stevens creek. Plenty of parking.

By default, I would have to hate whoever dared to lay a hand on my precious honda, much less someone who had the gall to tow my baby away. I had parked on the curb in an area that was not marked while I was shopping, so I thought everything was fine. Unfortunately, despite the fact that there was no sign, it was a towing zone. I was mortified to find my car missing and ran back into the store to see if anyone had seen anything. When I finally found out what had been done, I was a bit more calm, but no less annoyed. The staff at the towing company was cold and abrupt and not helpful at all. They basically just behaved how I would expect them to. Frustratingly, after a 40 minute wait in their building, they took their time in locating my car. I quickly paid and sped outta there.

I just had my car repaired by Auto World and would recommend them to anyone! I have been searching for a reliable car shop for 5 years and finally found it. I called around to get a estimate on repairing an intake manifold, Auto World was $100 less than the AAA Car Care Service estimate. Plus, Sonny took the time to explain the problem. When I took my car in, I actually had 4 separate issues that I wanted them to look over and he fixed him all in one day (e.g. the intake manifold, fan speed issues and a SMOG check). The best part was that he also had my car washed by the time I picked it up. It's like a new car! I would highly recommend Auto World.
