THIS TOW COMPANY TOWED MY CAR FROM A PARKING SPOT THAT I HAD THE RIGHT TO BE IN. UPON CALLING THE TOW COMPANY, I WAS GIVEN THE INFORMATION OF WHICH I WAS TO HAVE/BRING WHEN PICKING UP MY CAR. THEY GAVE ME A TOTAL OF HOW MUCH I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AS WELL. WHEN I WENT TO RETRIEVE MY CAR, THE TOTAL THAT I WAS GIVEN OVER THE PHONE WAS INCORRECT- THE PERSON FAILED TO MENTION THAT THERE WOULD BE OTHER CHARGES FOR "STORING" MY VEHICLE. THEY NEED TO BE MORE CLEAR WITH THEIR CHARGES AND NEED TO BE UPFRONT WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.
