I was surprised. Stayed here on Business last week in OC. Super nice rooms, just renovated I think. I didn't expect it to be so luxurious...marble counters, pillowtop mattress. Food from room service was there fast and the waiter was friendly. By a lake with ducks. Totally recommended.

We stay here 2-3x a year every year and have for the past 6 years. It is conveniently located to Disneyland, the beach and nice shopping malls. David, the front desk manager, is extremely friendly and helpful.

Cute little Inn I had a very plesant stay, the rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The front desk was very nice and indicated us the main attraction of the area like the Santa Ana zoo, the South Coast Plaza Mall, Crystal Cathedral , Anaheim Stadium.

Whenever I need to fly I choose JWA over the ABSOLUTE HELL of going through LAX. This airport is much smaller and as a result there are less crowds, processing is much faster, and in general less stressful. If you are talking passengers to the airport, drop-offs and pick-ups are a breeze. The inside is very easy to navigate with clearly placed signs everywhere and there are a few eateries inside also. Staff have been courteous every time I visit. Only wish is that Jet Blue would come to this airport! Note that there is a planned expansion of the airport terminals/parking so we'll see have it affects the way JWA operates.

I have stayed here many times and I have found that the rooms that are closest to the lobby feel and look the cleanest. The free breakfast in the morning includes coffee, milk, juice boxes (OJ, Apple) fruit, mini cereals, bagels, butter & cream cheese, and toast. Small pool and jacuzzi are nice. Mini fridge and microwave in all rooms. I used the BBQ outside by the pool once and it needed to be cleaned. The grill had tons of grease build up.
PROS: Decent price for the amenities, jacuzzi, lots of TV channels
CONS: Carpets in rooms feel dirty, I had to keep flip flops on!

Not a terrible place, but wouldn't go back. The rooms were clean, but the pool was extremely cold, the continental breakfast was bad (yogurt two weeks outdated, bread stale, and limited selection of pre-packaged goods), and the owner was strange.

I, my wife and child tried to check in and the clerk told us to come back in a half hour; he had to go eat. He was doing nothing, but giggling with the security guard. But he had to go eat immediately when we walked in the door.
He could not take the 4 minutes to check us in after we had travelled 18 hours and had stayed there before. Altho never more, now.
I asked again for him to reconsider, and he laughed at us.
He has no idea that the hospitality industry is a 'SERVICE' industry. I've asked for nothing less than he be fired. We'll see.
Pros: None yet; Maybe they will fire this character
Cons: Clerk told us to come back in a half hour.
