I've been a devoted fan of this place for the last 15 years, give and take.
Food is great, the guys get busy but they make sure the customer leaves happy. They have a juke box that plays Mexican/Latino music, TVs to watch soccer games and Mexican shows - really make you feel in the mood if you are looking for a Mexican environment. Big fans of Chivas (soccer team) - they have pictures plastered all over their walls. Good prices. All the food is great!

Wow, this place has the best pizza ever. I usually get cheese but they have a lot of kinds (veggie, sausage, stuffed) to choose from. Their salad is good, too, and always fresh. They also have spaghetti and various other pastas, and breadsticks. Service is quick but quality.

I love this small reasturant. The owner will make you feel as if your were home with friends. The food is so good (and healthy!) that you won't stop eating. Tha pad thay is very good but hte best of the best is the barbecue chicken. The prices are so cheap that is incredible.

Gypsy Den is such a wonderful haven of a place! It is located in Santa Ana, in the Artist's Village. It is a coffee shop/singing venue. The food is very healthy, and also very tasty. The musicians they have come and play are often great. It's a wonderful place to go on the weekend to kick back and hear some great music. It has a very Berkeley feel, which in my estimation is a huge plus. It will make you feel relaxed and artsy just being there! (There is also one is Costa Mesa.)

This place is right around the corner from my house, in fact it is so close, I can smell the food when I go outside around lunch time! With such a delicious smell, I couldn't resist, I had to try it! I love it! Their bowls are a good size and they fill me up! It is a little pricey, so I don't go that often, but its a treat when I do go! Yum! Yum!
