Good: Nothing.. Bad: This company is a bank without any branches. They issue checks for services they receive, but those checks cannot be cashed. They must be deposited. To make matters worse, they don't even issue their bad checks in a timely fashion. I'm no idiot. These people handle millions of dollars worth of other peoples money. By delaying the distribution of those funds they earn interest on that money. Business owners... who do you think is being blamed for the delay in payments you owe???. Improvements: Either act like a real bank or pay someone who does. It is absolutely ridiculous that I get a check from a company drawn on a bank that has no procedure whatsoever for turning that check into the money I am owed.. Other: K&B.... as a real estate broker I have a great deal of choice and influence over what properties my clients see. I also talk with other brokers in the same position. In today's market, the fact that you use an escrow company that has no concern whatsoever about how long it takes for me to receive my commission, DOES make a difference. Centex builds a pretty nice product too..
