I pulled up to Crevier and had to be directed to where their service dept is (no signs) and explained to the service rep that I was going to be travelling with my daughter (I'm mom) back to North Carolina and wanted to make sure the car was ready to do so. i.e. SAFETY CHECK. Welp, I got into AZ today and here comes the rain and guess what! My wiper blades are totally useless! They are falling apart! How can they miss that? Now I get to get up extra early and look for a auto parts store in Flagstaff, AZ that can provide me with BMW wipers. Thanks. The next BMW dealer is 340 miles away in Alburquerque. Thanks. Now I wonder if all they did is top of my oil and wash the car. It was kinda of ready fast......
Pros: Car serviced and washed for free
Cons: Missed a crucial safety feature

Visited Crevier BMW for the first time. Bad experience, don't bother selling used cars there. They said they would buy the car over the phone. I drove half an hour there and the salesman (who all seem to be non-existent unless you walk directly into their cubicle) danced through an entire skit of pretending he wasn't interested in buying and then when I was about to leave, said he'd buy it from me after talking to a manager. Left me waiting for 10-15 minutes before offering me less than half of what Irvine BMW, Autosports International, and Carmax offered and only talked about how poor the condition of my car was based on a 30 second walkaround (bad repaint job on one of the doors was its only problem) and that I was not going to get better offers elsewhere. If you're selling or trading in a car, stay away from Crevier. I don't remember his name but there's only like 2 people there.

I bought a mini there 4 years ago because it was close to work to get it serviced. Now I take my car to Irvine BMW for service. Do NOT buy a car here if you plan to get it serviced there. To make a long story short., I brought it there once, their chiquita service advisor was so stuck up. , I was stood up at 4 pm for pick up from work since they promised I would not need a loaner ,then insisted they were there to pick me up! Either they were not able to tell time or managed to be invisible. I got jerked around by the supposed service manager. FInally Ms. Stuck Up was irate AT ME hours later when SHE had to deliver my car at work-poor thing. Can you imagine? Isnt that backwards? She had the audacity to insist that Mr Shuttle Driver was there on time and argued with me! I wrote a letter to the manager certified return receipt. I never got so much as a fake apology. When corporate called for their survey I let them know big time.
Cons: attitude knowledge courtesy capable

Savage is a gold star dealer and i highly reccomend it. Irvine is better than that so you have choices people so use them!

I placed an order March 4th for a 2007 Mini Cooper S. I am not impressed with the actions of BMW with respect to this order, or the handling of this matter thus far.
The chain of events are as follows: I ordered this car March 4th expecting a delivery in May as was communicated to me by salesperson. In the meantime I've invested time and money to sell my current vehicle. I had a buyer for my vehicle, and was preparing to close Monday, June 4th.
The MINI I ordered arrived two weeks late, which I can tolerate, but the vehicle was the wrong color entirely, roof and body!
After speaking with the Adam at BMW customer service, it appears the order was changed as a result of a ?computer gliche?, and no-one was aware of it until the vehicle arrived.
CrevierMini had reorder the vehicle and as a result, I lost the buyer for my vehicle.
Crevier has communicated to me that BMW/Mini is willing to provide a free accessory in lieu of the situation. I find this insulting and comical. To suggest a mere accessory could satisfy the amount of frustration, as well as lost time and money, is simply a gross judgment. I am extremely surprised that BMW would ever provide such horrible service, and lack the very professionalism with which it brands itself.
I had my buyer for $14,000. As a result of my losing my buyer due to BMW botching the order, I am requesting BMW accept trade of my vehicle at what I was to sell it at, $14,000. Or, at the very least, meet the Trade in Value stated online at $12, 525.
If it weren?t for BMW?s negligence with the order malfunction, I would not have lost the buyer for my Jeep. I also have incurred much expense to advertise the Jeep, and much of my valued time.

OMG Ben Alexander needs to be put in his place. He is the worst service mananger out there. If he does not fire you he makes you feel like your'e going to be fired. Don Crevier needs to take control of the service department. The client's are always asking "how long do you plan on staying?" There is such a revolving door there. They may be the largest BMW dealer in southern California for sales but they should focus on being the best in service. This goes out to all the GREAT employees that have been fired in the past!

Incompetent! After receiving the best sales experience ever, I was completely let down once I needed to receive regularly scheduled maintanence. It took an hour to check my vehicle even with a scheduled appointment. No one approached me, or checked up on me. I was simply stood there with all the other cars in the service line getting ushered right in. Then, I approached a person wearing the company shirt for assistance. She said she's check and be right back. After 10 minutes and she didn't return I approached another employee this time with obvious outrage. They finally concluded after 1 hour and 10 minutes they realized the person who checks in Mini Coopers was missing. They referred me to the service manager, but of course he as well was no where to be found. They were never apologetic, and then amazingly after I caused enough noise they had someone check me in, and issue me a temporary car.
I returned 4 hours later, when my car was supposed to be done in 3 hours, I was told it would be brought right up. After 20 minutes, I asked for the service manager. He sat as I explained my irritations with what happened earlier, and that no I did not want to speak to the person who was supposed to check my car in since I had already verbally complained to another manager about her. My car was "to be right out." It did come out this time, with a nail sticking out the side of the wheel well. Huh, now I curiously has a nail in the outside of my tire that wasn't there earlier...to my knowledge. To make the longer story a little shorter, I had to leave my car for 2 days while they ordered and fixed the tire. I picked it up promptly and then had a warning light come on while on the freeway that I had a flat. Apparently the mechanic forgot to flip the switch they are supposed to when changing run flat tires!
NOW, the dealer has my purchase date off by 3 months?! I was turned down for servicing at another dealer. Now I have to get that all cleared up!
Pros: Excellent sales and communication
Cons: Pathetic at service
