I have read all of the reviews on here and I have to say where are these people going? I do have to say my fiance and I almost missed out on amazing deals. Thankfully we did not let the negative reviews stop us from seeing it ourselves. I have to say the sears outlet is AMAZING!!! So many things to choose from. They had an amazing selection of appliances. They even had televisions and grills...and pool tables. Things i did not think would be available. Well i have to say we got a great deal. We purchased a drier, washer, stove and fridge all Kenmore for an amazing price. We received a 20% off already reduced items. Our appliances were all stainless steel, except for the washer and drier. Our total came out to 3,900 including 3 year insurance on our washer and refrigerator. Compared to the actual sears store we ended up saving around 2,000 dollars. The stove we bought was brand new, not a scratch on it. Some stuff does have cosmetic wear but it is hardly visible. Also, they have more of just one so you have a variety to choose from. But our overall experience was fantastic. We had a great employee helping us throughout our shopping time. It made it so much easier.

They provide the best service at the best price. I am always satisfied with their work. I take my vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaner there. I tell everyone I know about them. I am sending my co-worker there as we speak.

We have used Russell & Son for years - they were refered to us by Keri's folks. Very solid outfit - they will usually show up same day if the need is urgent. Rates are very fair, which is tough to find in plumbing!
