La Strada Italian Restaurant is located not far from the freeway. They have a parking lot on the side. The restaurant is decorated Tuscany style and sort of casual. They serve warm bread with olive oil to dip it in while you wait for your food. I love their calamari. The entree I ordered the first time I went there was excellent. The second time I went there I ordered the same thing again and it was salty. So the quality of their food is not consistant. All I can say is, I never did a subsequent visit there after that.

Before La Strada opened its door for the first time, we here in east bay had no really good Italian restaurants .My family and I were so surprised at the
quality of food and friendly staff.
We love La Strada's so much that my wife and I were married in the up stairs dining room. It was such a beautiful wedding. We were treated like king and queen.
We recommend La Strada to everyone who enjoys real Italian food.
Pros: Wounderful food and courteous staff fill all your needs.
Cons: Not one!

We've only been there once as we live out of town but enjoyed it so much we keep thinking about it. We love the Mom and Pop feel and all the wonderful (non-plastic) dishes. It's tucked away in a very unpretentious strip mall around the outskirts of the HIlltop Mall but much worth the exploration...and what great prices...how do they do it?

Easy to find location, plenty of parking. Also close to Hilltop mall, which is great if you want to take the kids to lunch before or after their appointment. The office is generally clean, and the staff is very helpful. Children feel comfortable there, the doctors are approachable and friendly and answer any questions you have in an easy to understand way.

This place is a great place to go if you want a good haircut for not much money. They are always really nice in there, and my hair is difficult to work with, but I have yet to have a bad haircut there. The owner Bong is usually who cuts my hair, and I almost never make an appointment, and I don't have to wait for more than 10 - 15 minutes.

This is a Philippine specialized bakery located in San Pable next to San Pablo Supermarket. It's a small store but they usually have what I want when I go there. The service is good and fast. Parking is always available and it's located pretty close to the freeway. Heres a tip if you ever go there, find what you want on the shelf and ask them if they have some just baked out of the oven. They will gladly make a bag for you of some freshly baked bread steaming from the oven. Service there is awesome.
