Bay Area's BEST Optometrist and absolutely courteous and resourceful staff !
They spend time with you in anyway possible and their time frame estimates are right on the money!
If I wasn't WOW'ed - I would not currently have over 10 pairs of new eyeglasses for my daily choice of eyeglass / wardrobe selection of the day.
If I did not feel like welcome'd , it's understable since if you are swamped with clients, they take it one at a time , right on time for pickups .

The staff ad the DR are very accomodating - got selections, insurance is accepted (case to case ) of course, just like being in HEAVEN with Red A. while in the Boston game.

The folks here at ABC Pediatrics are so warm and loving and they WANT to work there (it shows). I love my doctor and haven't changed him in a long, long, long time which shows a lot about ABC Pediatrics' service. Dr. Chapman and Cece, you guys are awesome! Through sick and well, you guys rock. Take your kids here, they'll love it, and they'll take the scare out of going to the dreaded doctor's office.

All in all I don't think of Albertson's as a very high quality grocery store (and buying Lucky a few years ago didn't help) but this location is one of the best. They do have a
"club" but when I didn't have a card the employee typed in some other card number (I don't know whose) so I could get the discount. That has never happened at Safeway, where you have to have an account to get their sales. I stop by whenever I'm in the area.

I was referred to one of their Chiropractor by my doctor when I was having problem w/ my back. When I got there the receptionist is very friendly. The Chiropractor was already expecting me, I guess my doctor have told him about me. It has a family oriented feeling in that environment, eventhough none of them are related. They have pictures of their families & kids on the wall. I got to meet their visiting families as well. They gave me discounted co-pay since I paid for 20 sessions in full.

I have never had a doctor that I didn't like, but there is nothing that I liked about Dr. Arakaki. I found her to be rude and I felt like she completely lacked empathy for me as a patient. I had severe stomach issues, and instead of looking into chronic issues she treated me for some kind of parasitic infection with high doses of antibiotics which caused me to lose extreme amounts of weight and did nothing to solve any problems. When she would push so hard on my stomach I would cry she would say 'why are you crying?'. All nasty. I'd avoid her like the plague.

I cannot say enough how thankful we are to have such an amazing medical group for our little girl. We are so indebted to Dr James Ferrara for his genuine care for our daughter, who was born eight weeks early and needed extra love and care. Drs. Rosenberg and Mason also cared for her and were also terrific. We are blessed to have these doctors in our community.

I was unfortunate to be diagnosed with breast cancer. I was fortunate enough to be referred to California Cancer Care in San Mateo. Marnie and Marilyn the front desk gals are so warm and friendly. Always greet you with a smile. Then there is the back room staff, patient and caring who are all patient and caring I can't say enough about Amy. Amy started my first chemo session and she made me feel very comfortable and in great hands. Amy is knowledgeable and caring. I have made many friends from Calif Cancer Care and they feel the same way. TLC as soon as you walk in the door to your very last session.
