Junior Gym in the greatest! I got the pleasure to watch my neice and nephew attend a gymnastics class and was very impressed. I was a bit unsure of what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find a place that lets kids be kids but teaches them about fitness in a fun way. The teacher was a a young energetic guy who knew just what to do to keep several young children engaged while teaching them basic gymnastic skills and keeping it fun. I will recommend this to all my friends with young children.
A side note, they play great music during the classes!
Pros: Fun, clean, energetic and low cost!
Cons: None that I can think of

I have been taking my kids to Junior Gym for about 3 years and it is an amazing place. The teacher, Justin, just bought it with his fiancee and is making it cleaner and more attractive to parents. They already had their popular classes, preschool, summer camp and kids night out, and now it's that much better because of his interest in the families who join. The best deal they have is if you sign one kid up for one class, all of your kids can go to the open gyms (currently 9 times a week) for free!!! First trial class is free as well, and the first Friday of the month there is a free open gym for everyone including non-members.
PROS: dedicated to kids, camp, parties, etc.

I have been taking my kids to Junior Gym for about three years now and have enjoyed it immensely. We have also had a birthday party there, which is a really easy and enjoyable experience. They supply the cups and plates and juice and will supply a Costco cake if you pay them extra. You can also bring your own cake and lunch if you like (Gymboree only allows you to bring cake and juice). The classes are first rate. Justin (the owner) is the teacher of most classes and really enjoys the kids and the classes. The only complaint I have is that the timing doesn't work out well for me because my kids are in a non-standard school schedule. They also have a great camp!

The service here is soo nice! I came in with my little baby brother to sign him up for a class, and I was treated so nice. I got a little tour of this cute little gym made for those tiny little people. They have little cubbies to put their clothes in and a little cute obstacle course for all their exercise. Everything is well cusion and very soft. There is a lot of workers around to ensure that the kids don't hurt themselves. It's also great because they have these exercise classes design for the little kids! Super place and among the most unique places I've been.

My son and daughter have been to many birthday parties here and have loved it. It is less of a lesson than other gyms in the area (San Mateo and Peninsula Gymnastics). It's sort of in between Gymboree and a formal gym. There are energetic staff members to move the party along, but there is time for free play on the apparatus. Kids LOVE their zip line and probably could spend all their time there. The price is very reasonable for the area.
They also have FREE Open Gym the first Friday of the month (You do have to pay a one time insurance fee of $25) and they do offer a free trial class.
